Owl Blog for May 30th

Good Evening AmPark Families,

As the old saying goes, 'you can plan a pretty picnic but you can't predict the weather'.  Alas, we would have so loved to see you all tonight at our annual AmPark Spring Concert, but Mother Nature was being fickle and we erred on the side of caution.  Now we just have more to look forward to in June because our Spring Concert is ON!  The new Concert date is June 12th and it'll be a go this time whatever the weather because, as in years long gone by, it will be held in the PS/MS 95 AUDITORIUM!  While we love our tar beach in the yard, there is something singularly fabulous about the acoustics in the 95 Auditorium.  We cannot wait to hear our Owls amplified on stage, with all of you there to cheer them on, on the 12th! 

Please find our June events calendar and some wonderful upcoming events posted below.  In our busy 3-day week next week, we've got our all-school Field Day on Monday, Career Day on Tuesday, and the 5th Grade Dance on Wednesday!  Please be reminded that students are off from school for Eid al-Adha on Thursday and the NYC Schools Clerical Day on Friday.
