AmPark's Spring Concert Information & Program - Thursday, June 15th

6/12/2023

THE AMPARK NEIGHBORHOOD SCHOOL
SPRING CONCERT INFORMATION

June 7th, 2023
Dear Families,

We are so excited for our upcoming concert on Thursday June 15th at 5pm. Based on the very positive feedback from last year, we will have it again outdoors in the PS 95 yard. I would like to share some important info for you to know towards this exciting event:

Where to go:
Families can enter on the Gouveneur side of the building directly into the PS95 yard.

This will be picnic style seating. We encourage families to bring a blanket, or towel so you can sit on the ground together. If you choose to bring a chair, there will be a section towards the back where you can sit so that it does not obstruct the view of others.

Children will sit with their families. So when you enter the yard you can find a spot to sit all together. We will call each grade up when it is their turn to perform. They will come and sit right back with their families when they finish their performance. We ask your support to keep your students with you as a family and to encourage them to watch and cheer on the other performers as great audience members.

What to wear:
Since we will be outside, we ask that children dress neatly but comfortably for the warm temperature.

Who can attend: All Ampark students are invited to perform. All K-5 students have been preparing these pieces for much of this year. Pre-K students will help lead a sing along to start us off.  Though of course this is not a requirement, it would be wonderful if we can maximize our attendance. And it will be a lot of fun!

Sincerely,
The AmPark Staff
