Good evening, families, Here are a few updates for you this week. We hope everyone enjoys their weekend! ***Reminder that school is closed on Friday, 3/29 and Monday, 4/1!*** A note from our Librarian, Ms. Teresa: Dear Ampark Families, It has been an absolute joy to share the magic of stories and books with your children in library classes for the past three years. Ampark is a truly special school, and I feel fortunate to have been a part of this amazing community. Thank you for your support and kindness, and for sharing your wonderful children with me. Their enthusiasm for literature in its many forms has warmed my heart. Ampark has been the perfect place to complete my teaching career, and now I will retire with my last day being Thursday, March 28. I will be moving to Iowa, where I was born and raised, to spend more time with my amazing 93-year-old mom. I take with me happy memories of this gem of a school in the Bronx, and I will remember my time here with fondness and gratitude. My very best wishes to each of you and your families, ❤️ Teresa Teresa Mulvihill Librarian ****Square One Art is Back!!!!**** The deadline for families to order their custom art products online is April 16! All orders will get shipped directly home. If you misplace their catalog, you can email [email protected] to get you child's art access code. A portion of all orders goes to the PA to help with funding for all grades.  Hello Families, Thank you to everyone who has sold some chocolate boxes already. We could really use your support as we have 80 boxes left to sell and only 3 weeks left. If you have not yet taken a box we would love for your help. If you would like more boxes please stop by the main office anytime or email Jaime Benjamin at [email protected] and she can meet you. Please remember that all payments need to be in by Friday, April 5th. We could possibly extend the fundraiser and will know by March 28th.
