Dear Families, We hope that Week 2 of Remote Learning went as smoothly as possible for all of you. Your on-going efforts to support your children with this transition despite the many stressors to family life these days are so appreciated. We have enjoyed seeing you, your children, your other children, and your pets all taking part in aspects of the Remote Learning! Our community has grown in so many ways and we look forward to continued improvement and connection. Students and families alike, if you've not yet subscribed to this blog, please do so! Our website is absolutely for all and as we continue to grow and develop its capacity as a hub for our remote learning, we welcome students to subscribe with their emails as well, with parent permission of course! This way, everyone will get our blog blasts each week, including Sings, art showcases, and all the wonderful, community-wide AmPark happenings! Next week is AmPark Spirit Week! Please see the flyer here to support your child in participation. We will have three mixed grade Live Lunches on Wednesday to showcase our rainbow day! The schedule will run as follows:
Teachers will send the links along through Google Classrooms so please be on the look out for invites there. Please be reminded that our Guidance Counselor Ana Veras and Social Worker Mike Molloy are available for support during this stressful time. Please don't hesitate to reach out to them at [email protected] and [email protected]. More information regarding future Remote Learning plans, including Department of Education decisions around Spring Recess time will be shared next week. Wishing you all a restful weekend and good health, Kelly, Bonnie, and Francisco Ina asked our artists of AmPark a very poignant question in this time of quarantine: What's outside your window? These are some of their amazingly beautiful answers... Comments are closed.
