Dear AmPark Families, It was a true pleasure to come together as a community with more than 40 parents at our Coffee Chat on August 24th. Thank you for your support and for your questions! Please see this doc with the Q&A covered in the meeting. NYCSA Sign Up - Please be reminded that your New York City Schools Account is your hub for everything from Covid Testing consent to busing requests to report cards. You can also update your emergency contact information. You will need your child’s OSIS number. Please reach out to Bonnie or Kelly if you are in need of the OSIS number. While you can use NYCSA to request and view all busing information, we would also appreciate an in-house record. Please use this internal Busing Application to request busing for your child. We will use it to cross check NYCSA requests and ensure as smooth a start to busing as possible. If your child has an IEP with specialized transportation please note that medical documentation is required annually at the IEP meeting.
 RSVP for the In-Person Meet and Greet: September 2nd, 2021 Priority Event for New Families and Previously Remote Families! Please fill out this RSVP Form to let us know you'll be joining us and thanks! To ensure safe social distancing the event is divided into two blocks of time. Students with last names A - L are invited from 1:30-1:50. Students with last names M - Z are invited from 2:00-2:20. *If you have siblings you are welcome to attend both regardless of last initial. PK - 2nd Grade Students Enter from Hillman Avenue 3rd - 5th Grade Students Enter from P.S. 95 yard Everyone must wear a mask and sign in upon entry. An electronic or paper health screening will be required for entry. At this time, we have the following staff members confirmed for the Meet and Greet: PK: Erin and Zoe K: Denise and Ashley, Meagan 1: Regina 3: Scott and Casey 4: Joe and Javier 5: Dan Out of classroom: Caitlin, Paige, Gabby, Melissa V., Ana, Cathy, and more to come! All students are invited to a Virtual Launch Party with their teacher(s) and classmates - September 10th. This is a student centered event : ) Parents are welcome to also attend, but the focus will be on the students coming together for icebreakers and introductions.
