AmPark Owl Blog

Owl Blog Post for February 16th

2/16/2024

Happy Friday AmPark Families,

We're very happy to share the news about the addition of our newest little AmPark Owl!  Bonnie's new little one joined us a couple of weeks early, on January 29th.  Both mom and baby are home, healthy, and doing very well.

In AmPark's tradition of sharing about identity through our name stories... the baby's name is Ari Morris.  His first name, Ari, is Hebrew for lion, which he's already living up to with his strong, clear voice that seems to come from a body far bigger than his <7lbs would allow.  His middle name, Morris, is for Bonnie's Great Uncle Morris, who served in the army as an infantryman, dentist, and rabbi to troops in the field during WWII.  He was a brilliant doctor and a gentle natured family man who always put service to his family and community above all.

Bonnie and her family are sending all of their love to the AmPark family for your support and well wishes.  She'll return to AmPark in late March.  If you need any support that you would reach out to Bonnie for, please do not hesitate to contact members of the SEL Team (Melissa V, Josie, and Ana), our PC Elvira, APs Francisco & Dr. Singh, or Ms. Meena.  You can always find everyone's emails at the click of a button here, on our AmPark At A Glance page.

Thank you so much!
