Tomorrow is Back To School Night!

Good Evening AmPark Families,

We are officially back in full swing here at AmPark and off to a beautiful start.  It is such joy to see our students settling in to their new classes and witness new friendships beginning as old ones are renewed.  Tomorrow night, we welcome all of you to take some time to hear from your child's teachers about these first exciting days and what is on the horizon for the year ahead.   

Our Back to School/Curriculum Night will be all remote.  In order to accommodate schedules and families with siblings that will be dropping by more than one grade level presentation, teachers will meet with families, via Zoom, in 2 sessions.  Please note that the presentations in Session A and Session B will be exactly the same.  Between the 2 sessions there will be an echo meeting of last week's Town Hall, with presentations from our incomparable Specials Team of Josh, Caitlin and Teresa, on Music, PE/Health and Library programming, respectively.

Also, please check your child's folders for a blank copy of the blue emergency card.  While some of you have completed digital versions of these documents via NYCSA, we ask that you please complete a paper copy to have here at school, as the most updated version of that information.  These documents are so important and vitally helpful for our staff in times of emergency and in our outreach to families.  Thank you for supporting our effort to maintain your children's safety at all times, as there is nothing more important than that.
