Town Halls for Families on COVID-19 Vaccinations

The DOE, in conjunction with the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH), is hosting two town halls for families of children ages 5–11, regarding the importance of the COVID-19 vaccine. Families should register in advance for one of the town hall sessions, which will both cover the same content and be held via Zoom; translations will be provided via the call-in numbers shown in each registration link:     

• March 14, from 6:00–7:30 p.m.; registration opens on March 9 for the March 14 town hall session, which will be held in English, Spanish, Mandarin, and Arabic. Dial-in details specific to each language are available via the registration link.  
• March 16, from 6:00–7:30 p.m.; registration opens on March 9 for the March 16 town hall session, which will be held in English, Spanish, Cantonese, and Bangla. Dial-in details specific to each language are available via the registration link.  

Please backpack home a flyer advertising the town halls to families. The flyer and translations will be available by March 9; translated versions will be available by March 11.
