Student DOE Accounts
As we approach the beginning of the school year, one important thing that you can do to ensure a smooth start is to check that your child's NYC DOE account is working well, and with a functioning password. As many families know, there was an issue with some student accounts in the spring which, according to the DIIT Help Desk, was resolved. Please check that your child's account is up and running. Should you discover an issue and need to reset your child's password please go to this link to reset: Student Account Self Service - Find Your User Name & Password Reset. This help page should resolve any login issues that may exist.

*Please note, for PreK & K families and any families new to the NYC DOE, if your child does not yet have an OSIS #, you will not yet be able to set up their account. Once your child's registration process is complete, you will be able to proceed using the same Info Hub link.
